Los Angeles Rams Fantasy Football Team Preview For 2026
Ian Hartitz breaks down every angle of the Rams offense to prep you for the 2026 fantasy football season and what to expect from the high-powered NFC offense.
The Rams boasted the NFL's second-best point differential of 2025 … and ultimately saw their season end against the only team better in an NFC Championship matchup that might as well have been the Super Bowl. Expectations are understandably (again) title or bust with reigning MVP Matthew Stafford back for another run at things at 38 years young.
And oh yeah, I guess you could say the Rams are somewhat all in after they traded for the best defensive player alive.
Fantasy Football Team Preview For The 2026 LA Rams

The McVay-Stafford partnership secured the league's highest-ranked scoring offense in 2025 and returns essentially all key parties ahead of next season—as well as QB-of-the-future and No. 13 overall pick Ty Simpson.
The real changes come on the defensive side of the ball, as in addition to adding Myles freaking Garrett, this secondary suddenly looks poised to take a big step forward after Los Angeles invaded the Chiefs for both Trent McDuffie (trade) and Jaylen Watson (signed in free agency).
This team is the current odds-on favorite to win Super Bowl 61.
What follows is a fantasy-focused team preview of the Los Angeles Rams ahead of the 2026 season. Make sure to check out our fantasy football rankings for updated player ranks all year long.
As always: It's a great day to be great.
Can Matthew Stafford replicate his 2025 MVP magic?
- QB1: Matthew Stafford (QB15)
- QB2: Ty Simpson
Stafford is aging like a fine wine fresh off leading the league in passing yards (4.707) and touchdowns (46). A pair of masterful late-season performances in losing efforts against the Seahawks in Week 16 (457-3-0) and in the NFC Championship (374-3-0) reflect the reality that the 17-year veteran remains very capable of playing at a league-best level on any given Sunday.

What sort of backfield split between Kyren Williams and Blake Corum should we expect in 2026?
- RB1: Kyren Williams (RB17)
- RB2: Blake Corum (RB35)
- RB3: Jarquez Hunter
The Rams handed Kyren Williams a shiny new three-year, $33 million extension last August … and proceeded to give him fewer touches (17.4) than in 2023 (21.7) or 2024 (21.9). Now, the fantasy returns were still plenty fine (15.5 PPR points per game, RB11), but we're talking about a guy who trailed only Christian McCaffrey, Saquon Barkley and Jahmyr Gibbs on a per-game basis during the 2023-2024 seasons!
How to approach Williams and Corum in 2026
How often does one team produce multiple high-end fantasy receivers?
- WR1: Puka Nacua (WR2)
- WR2: Davante Adams (WR21)
- WR3: Jordan Whittington
- WR4: Konata Mumpfield
- WR5: CJ Daniels
Well, the Rams managed to do so last year! This has happened 15 times during the last decade, as some of the league's most productive passing attacks have been happy to flow the majority of their targets through their primary two receivers. Our fantasy football projections see this happening again, as Puka (155 targets, 2nd) and Adams (129, 13th) join the Cowboys' duo as the only pair of teammates both projected inside the position's top-15 target earners ahead of 2026.
So, can Puka and Adams repeat this feat? Let's check in on both ...
Can they both repeat as WR1s in 2026?
Can any of these talented tight ends be relied on in fantasy land?
- TE1: Terrance Ferguson (TE26)
- TE2: Colby Parkinson (TE34)
- TE3: Max Klare (TE38)
- TE4: Tyler Higbee (TE45)
Rams tight ends collectively scored the second-most PPR points in the league, but their committee usage led to Colby Parkinson (TE22) being the top scorer. That's pretty f*cking crazy, man!
Parkinson did emerge as a fairly lethal red zone threat with both Adams and Tyler Higbee sidelined late in the regular season, but it's fair to wonder if that sort of usage will persist with a healthier Higbee and multiple young pass-catching-friendly options also on the come up.
Is Terrance Ferguson worth a late-round click?
Predictions For The Los Angeles Rams In 2026
Win total prediction: The Rams have won double-digit games in all but one year of the McVay-Stafford partnership. Still, it was last season's squad that displayed the highest high in terms of regular-season dominance, and 2026's group looks capable of being even scarier *on paper*. Maybe Father Time decides to be a dick to this offense, but I'm down to take OVER 11.5 wins as a hat tip to the team's revamped defense.
Bold fantasy call: The main characters here are already priced up quite a bit in fantasy land, so why not ride the aforementioned provocative coach speak from our tight end section and back Terrance Ferguson embracing a Year 2 boom of sorts and catching eight touchdowns on his way to sneaking in a TE1 finish.
Last season predictions: OVER 9.5 wins (hell yeah, brother), and Puka Nacua AND Davante Adams finish as top-12 fantasy performers (hell yeah, brother).
