NFL Player Props For Week 1: Josh Allen, Mark Andrews & More

We've made it past two primetime games, and we're officially staring the first NFL main slate in the face ahead of Sunday. What better way to prepare for kickoff with your buddies at the bar than by locking in the best Week 1 NFL player props?

Let's dive into who the Fantasy Life staff is targeting in Week 1 with five of the best player props to target for Week 1.

Five Player Props For NFL Week 1

Mark Andrews Anytime Touchdown (+170, FanDuel)

Justin Carlucci: Mark Andrews at plus money to score is a market I’m interested in every time, especially now.

Isaiah Likely is no longer in Baltimore. Charlie Kolar is gone, too. I am not sure how much tighter a grip Andrews can realistically have on the Ravens’ tight end role.

Andrews played the second-highest percentage of Baltimore’s snaps inside the five-yard line last season, trailing only Derrick Henry. That is exactly the type of role we want when betting an anytime touchdown prop. He is on the field when the money is made.

Yes, Henry will get his opportunities near the goal line. Jackson will always be a threat to run one in himself. But Andrews is the proven receiving mismatch in this offense, particularly in condensed areas of the field.

With a new system, a road opener, and an opponent that should make running consistently difficult, Baltimore may need Jackson to find his veteran tight end near the end zone. At +170, I’ll take that shot.

Josh Allen Longest Completion u35.5 Yards (-115, bet365)

Kody Malstrom: The Texans pressure will also force the Bills pass catchers to make a contested catch shortly after the snap, lowering their probability of hauling in a reception while a defender is consistently near the point of contact. When they are able to complete the catch, expect the Bills to be brought down in short order, making it difficult to generate an explosive play.

When the Bills are unable to break away from the Texans' coverage, Allen is more than willing to extend plays with his legs, chipping away at his total number of pass attempts by trading them in for carries. With fewer opportunities, the probability of Allen staying under the total on his Longest Completion prop swings towards our way, making it worth a wager at now lower than 34.5.

Jeremiyah Love Over 2.5 Receptions (+120; FanDuel)

Matt LaMarca: The Cardinals selected Jeremiyah Love third overall in the 2026 NFL Draft, but he may not be as involved as we’d like in Week 1. He’s dealt with an ankle injury in recent weeks, and he’s currently listed second on the team’s depth chart. Tyler Allgeier will likely get the start on Sunday, and he could handle most of the early-down work.

That said, you don’t take a running back No. 3 overall and let him rot on the bench. The team is going to look to get Love involved, and I like the prospect of him catching at least three passes. He’s the team’s clear best receiving back, and they could throw the ball a bunch in this contest. They were first in the league in dropback over expectation last year, and as big underdogs, they could take to the air plenty in Week 1.

Just make sure that Love is actually in the lineup. He was able to get through a limited practice on Wednesday, and he appears to be on track to suit up. Still, it’s possible that he’s listed as questionable on the initial injury report.

Juwan Johnson Anytime Touchdown (+250, FanDuel)

Justin Carlucci: Juwan Johnson at +250 to score is my favorite player prop in this game.

Johnson was Kellen Moore’s go-to option near the goal line last season. He led the Saints in snaps inside both the five- and 10-yard lines, which means he was on the field at the right times to maximize his chances of catching a touchdown.

And now the path is even clearer.

Taysom Hill is no longer in the mix. Kamara is out. Tyson remains sidelined. Those absences remove several potential red-zone options and could create a larger role for Johnson as a big-bodied target in condensed areas of the field.

Detroit’s offense should force New Orleans to be aggressive. If this game becomes the shootout the total implies, Shough will need reliable options around the goal line. Johnson has already proven he can fill that role.

At +250, you are getting an excellent number on a player who should see meaningful snaps. I will take that value all day.

Ashton Jeanty Under 15.5 Carries (-130; FanDuel)

Matt LaMarca: There was a lot of buzz surrounding Jeanty this offseason. The Raiders upgraded their offensive line this offseason, so the No. 6 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft seemed poised to take off.

Unfortunately, Jeanty faces a bit of adversity in Week 1. He is practicing in full for Week 1, so he is on track to at least be in the lineup. However, there’s no guarantee that he’s at 100%. It’s possible that the team takes it easy on him after missing the few weeks of training camp.

The bigger concern is the emergence of Mike Washington Jr. The rookie RB absolutely tore up the preseason, and he has reportedly forced his way into the Raiders’ plans. NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport recently reported that Washington is “going to be a thing this year,” and ESPN’s Ryan McFadden said Washington “has changed the staff’s perspective of the running back room.”

This probably won’t be a true committee, but Jeanty faces far more competition than he did from any of the Raiders’ other RBs last season. 15 carries or fewer feels like a pretty reasonable projection; we have him at 14.4.
