Week 6 Tight End Streamers For Fantasy Football: Pat Freiermuth On The Loose
Adam Pfeifer released the tight end streamer options for Week 6 in fantasy football.
With bye weeks not slowing down anytime soon, finding viable streaming options is crucial.
Speaking of, I’m serving as a Week 6 streaming option myself, filling in this week. I’ll be highlighting some interesting streamers for all four main positions, giving you players you can plug into your lineup if you are dealing with bye weeks and/or injuries. Keep an eye on our fantasy football rankings and fantasy football projections to get further confirmation why these players are targets.
Let’s take a look at some tight ends who could potentially enter your lineups this weekend.
Tight End Streamers for Week 6 Fantasy Football
Pat Freiermuth @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Freiermuth is honestly a must-add tight end if he’s on waivers in your league. He’s coming off a game with 2 touchdowns, while also seeing 7 targets. Like Germie Bernard, Freiermuth will benefit from the absences of Michael Pittman Jr. and Roman Wilson, and he draws a great Week 6 matchup. Tampa Bay has surrendered the sixth-most fantasy points (14.6), seventh-most receptions (6.5) and sixth-most yards (68.3) per game to opposing tight ends this season.
Brenton Strange vs Houston Texans (London)
We know Parker Washington (who apparently loves playing across the pond) is the clear top target for Jacksonville. But it appears Strange has emerged as Trevor Lawrence’s second-favorite option. Strange caught 7-of-8 targets for 68 yards on Sunday, giving him 7 catches and 8 targets in each of his last two games. On the season, Strange has a solid 20% target share, while drawing a target on 22% of his routes. The Texans rank top-10 against tight ends this season, but they haven’t faced many teams that really feature their tight ends very much in the passing game.
