QBs Matthew Berry Loves
- Trevor Lawrence @ CIN: Lawrence has scored at least 19 fantasy points in eight of his last nine games dating back to last season, and this week's 51.5-point O/U is the highest game total in Week 4. When he faced Cincinnati last year, he dropped 271 yards and three touchdowns. Great spot, great environment.
- Tyler Shough vs. ATL: Shough is one of only two quarterbacks to score 20-plus fantasy points in every game so far this season. New Orleans ranks fourth in pass rate over expectation, and Atlanta ranks 29th in pass defense (even as they're stout against the run). Keep riding this.
Others receiving votes: Bryce Young draws a Lions defense that ranks 32nd against the pass and is allowing a league-high 30 PPG to quarterbacks, in a game with the second-highest total in Week 4 (51) ... Kyler Murray gets Miami, who's allowing the second-most yards per pass attempt in the league, with Minnesota's implied total sitting above 24 ... Marcus Mariota faces an Indianapolis defense allowing 21.9 PPG to opposing QBs (fifth-most) and ranking 30th in pass defense through three weeks.
Quarterbacks Matthew Berry Hates In Week 4 Fantasy Football
- Justin Herbert @ SEA: Herbert's been pressured on 44% of his dropbacks this season, and Seattle ranks fourth in pressure rate. The Seahawks are also allowing a league-low 5.0 yards per attempt and 7.7 yards per completion. The Chargers carry a bottom-three implied team total in Week 4. Avoid.
RBs Matthew Berry Loves In Week 4 Fantasy Football
- Jaylen Warren @ CLE (TNF): Warren led all running backs with a 90% snap rate last week, handling 20 of Pittsburgh's 22 RB touches. Cleveland has allowed at least 88 yards to a running back in every game this season. Full workhorse role here with Rico Dowdle out once again.
- Jeremiyah Love @ NYG: RB5 in utilization score last week, with his 26 touches outpacing his Weeks 1 and 2 combined. The Giants are allowing 5.1 YPC to opposing backs (third-most), and Love's carried a double-digit target share in every game so far.
- Chuba Hubbard vs. DET: 23 touches and an 84% snap rate in his first game without Jonathon Brooks. He ranks fourth among running backs in route participation, which should hold up well even in a trailing script.
Others receiving votes: Aaron Jones is averaging 22.5 touches over the two games since Jordan Mason landed on IR, and Miami's allowing a league-high 32.9 PPG to running backs ... Cam Skattebo posted season-highs in snap rate (78%) and target share (19%) in Week 3 ... Braelon Allen saw 100% of the RB snaps after Breece Hall exited last week's game, and Chicago's allowing 4.8 YPC to backs (fourth-most).
Running Backs Matthew Berry Hates In Week 4 Fantasy Football
- Omarion Hampton @ SEA: RB27 in utilization score this season with just a 3.5% target share and 25% route participation. His snap rate dropped to a season-low 42% in Week 3, and he played just 13% of third-down snaps. Seattle is allowing only 2.9 YPC to running backs — second-fewest in the league.
- Ollie Gordon @ MIN: Averaging just 2.9 yards per touch for his career with a 2% target share. No running back has topped 47 yards against Minnesota this season, and Miami carries the lowest implied team total in Week 4 (14 points).
Pass Catchers Matthew Berry Loves In Week 4 Fantasy Football
- Drake London @ NO: London's averaged a 35% target share and 104 yards per game in his career with Michael Penix starting, and he posted a 43.5% target share in Penix's first game back last week (9-194-0). New Orleans has allowed the fifth-most touchdowns to wide receivers this season.
- Garrett Wilson @ CHI: Adonai Mitchell is likely out again, and Wilson commanded a 36% target share the last time Mitchell was sidelined. He's caught 78% of his targets this season at 9.0 yards per target, and Chicago is allowing over 14 yards per reception to receivers.
- Josh Downs vs. WSH (London): A 31% target share over his last two games, with 43% of the team's red-zone looks. Washington has allowed the most fantasy points to wide receivers through three weeks and the most touchdowns to the slot.
- George Kittle vs. DEN: His target share and route participation have climbed every week (27% in Week 3). Mike Evans is day-to-day with a rib injury, and Denver's allowed the eighth-most yards to tight ends this season.
Others receiving votes: Matthew Golden ranks top-12 among wideouts in utilization score through three weeks ... Michael Wilson carries a team-high 32% target share over his last two games ... Jordan Addison gets a Dolphins defense allowing the second-highest catch rate to receivers ... Juwan Johnson holds a 40% end-zone target share, and Atlanta's already allowed three touchdowns to tight ends .. Darren Waller draws Detroit, who's allowed the most receptions, yards and fantasy points to tight ends in the league.
Pass Catchers Matthew Berry Hates In Week 4 Fantasy Football
- Emeka Egbuka vs. GB: Jalon Daniels is making his first career start, Egbuka's seen just one red-zone target through three games, and Tampa Bay carries an 18-point implied team total, tied for fourth-lowest in Week 4.
- Xavier Worthy @ LV: His target share has shrunk every week as Rashee Rice's has climbed. A 6.9-yard aDOT with only 20% of his targets coming on deep passes isn't a great profile, and Las Vegas has allowed the third-fewest fantasy points to receivers.
- Kyle Pitts @ NO: Just a 16% target share and 34 receiving yards per game for his career with Penix at quarterback. He's scored under eight fantasy points in nine of his 13 games with Penix and ranks as the TE37 in utilization score this season.
